Strategic Change Lead – Transformation Programs

Link-Worldwide in Mexico City is seeking a Change Management Lead/Manager to support the successful adoption and sustainability of large-scale transformation initiatives. This role will work closely with program leadership and operations to ensure alignment while facilitating organizational change.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in change management, proven communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong understanding of fast-paced environments is essential.
