Responsibilities
- Consolidate all cross‑functional activities of the team (projects, planning, costs, risks & opportunities) per commodity.
- Set up and manage the governance as well as the calendar of the team's activities (roadmap review, internal governance, SteerCo interaction).
- Support the deployment of the team dashboard and drive the pace of activities.
- Occasionally perform governance implementation for new projects, including meeting structure, a project tracking system with key performance indicators and action tracking.
- Participate in the development of the roadmap and the annual plan for the evolution of purchasing strategies.
- Contribute to sourcing activities, manage tenders and contract negotiations to obtain the best purchasing conditions in accordance with company requirements.
