Job Description

You will report to the VP of Operations while guiding a team of Project and Site Managers. Your responsibilities will include overseeing operational strategies, fostering profitability, and enhancing customer satisfaction through high service standards. You must ensure that all operations align with regulatory compliance and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Champion the Bsafe and Bbest culture in daily operations
• Manage commercial agreements from proposal to project completion
• Lead collaborative efforts among departments and stakeholders
• Review forecasts and operational analyses to meet goals
• Provide mentorship and conduct performance evaluations
