What you’ll do
- Provide leadership to the team, coach and follow up to ensure delivery of the service model standards for each customer.
- Enforce delivery of the operating‑model customer service standards.
- Provide an exceptional omni‑channel experience by offering in‑store eCommerce sales and fulfilling eCommerce orders within defined service levels.
- Support customer acquisition through the promotion of customer loyalty and credit card programs.
- Demonstrate and follow up on the execution of Marks visual compliance standards, store maintenance and pricing standards.
- Plan and execute weekly price changes, promotional set‑ups, and department POP per the workbook, ensuring 100% system pricing.
- Deliver annual corporate shrink targets through team education, enforcement of LP and audit standards, and rigorous inventory control.
