Position Summary

Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations of a single store to achieve sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, inventory control, brand representation, and team development. Through personal selling, leadership, and coaching, the Store Manager will champion a People‑First environment that promotes diversity and inclusion, builds lasting customer relationships, and delivers a best‑in‑class customer experience.
