Reporting to the District Manager, the role of Store Manager is responsible for the development of Store Associates, fostering a highly engaging in-store customer experience and maximizing sales growth within the stores. The successful candidate will be key in contributing to the overall growth of company sales by inspiring, training and developing Store Leadership while retaining top talent.

• Drive Sales and Profitability within your Store while sharing insights and feedback with your Peer group
