Job Description
Responsibilities
- Customer Service : Ensure execution of the Customer Experience and resolve all customer concerns. Meet established service level agreements for in‑store services and order fulfillment. Provide exceptional omni‑channel experience by offering in‑store eCommerce sales and fulfilling eCommerce orders within defined service levels.
- Operations : Demonstrate and follow up on visual compliance, store maintenance, and pricing standards. Lead implementation and execution of SOPs. Ensure delivery of annual corporate shrink targets through education, enforcement of LP and audit standards, and inventory control. Follow and ensure compliance of all corporate LP, Cash & Audit, and OH&S policies and procedures. Execute tech‑shop service programs and scheduling for sales and support functions.
