We are responsible for creating customer touchpoints through real-world channels and driving business growth, with a core focus on the operation of Rakuten Mobile shops. Our stores are not merely places for signing contracts; they play a vital role in supporting the brand experience as the front line of customer engagement, offering services across the entire Rakuten Group, including telecommunications, finance, and e-commerce.
The Shop Operation Section serves as a strategic hub for store management. We take a cross-functional approach, ranging from the construction of our physical store network and backend call center functions that support operations, to the product development of systems and devices that streamline store tasks.
