Summary

The Stock Manager is accountable for overseeing all stockroom operations to ensure accurate inventory control, timely shipping and receiving, and compliance with operational guidelines. This role partners with store management to support store performance, budget adherence, and customer service while maintaining organized stock areas. The manager also coordinates repairs, regular reconciliations, and store maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and enforce stockroom policies and procedures according to the operations manual and global guidelines
• Manage daily shipping and receiving activities and maintain accurate receiving records
• Troubleshoot and resolve inventory discrepancies and negative stock situations
• Perform cycle counts and complete monthly store reconciliations
• Coordinate repair processes, ship out repairs weekly, and follow up as needed
