Job Description

River Rock Casino Resort is currently looking for a Team Lead in the F&B Department. Under the supervision of the Manager, F & B Outlet or the Shift Manager F&B Outlet this position is responsible for coordinating day- to-day activities of Food and Beverage Operation(s) on a shift basis while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all employees. Ensures adherence to all policies and procedures. 
Duties and responsibilities for our next F&B Lead will include:
Monitors outlet(s) operations on a shift basis and reports issues to F&B management 
Performs a server, host/hostess role in a lead capacity 
Completes shift reports at the end of each shift 
Assists with month end inventories 
Works on special initiatives as delegated by F & B management 
Liaises and communicates effectively with all appropriate operational departments
