Starbucks Supervisor

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing all duties within the Starbucks at an exceptional level, in order to properly train new employees of such standards. The Supervisor must be willing to work as a hands-on employee in all areas as necessary. The Supervisor may coordinate the recruitment, selection and orientation activities of all employees. Evening and weekend availability is expected for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to team.
• Assist Manager in running of the restaurant.
• Taking and fulfilling of guests meal and drink orders.
• Providing a positive atmosphere.
• Attends to guests needs and requests.
• All other duties as assigned.
