Become a key player at Staples Canada as an eCommerce Product Specialist specializing in reverse logistics. Your role includes fixing and listing technology items for online sales in a supportive, diverse team.
As part of the Reverse Logistics eCommerce team, you'll leverage your technical experience to repair a range of tech products. You will be responsible for creating appealing online listings while ensuring inventory management remains intact. Your proactive approach will enhance our customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Repair and refurbish laptops, consoles, and digital devices
• Create and manage listings on eBay and other platforms
• Maintain accurate logs and inventory control
• Investigate products for any warranty and fraud issues
• Ensure safe disposal of damaged tech items
Requirements:
• At least 1-2 years of tech repair experience
• Relevant college degree or equivalent experience
