One Span is looking for a Salesforce Platform Summer Intern to join our Business Systems / Rev Ops team.
In this role, you’ll take on a hands‑on, high‑impact project: moving user permissions out of legacy Profiles and into modern Permission Sets and Permission Set Groups improving least‑privilege access, simplifying onboarding, and strengthening audit readiness.
This is a labor‑intensive effort with meaningful ownership and clear deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Inventory existing access configurations (Profiles, Permission Sets, roles, and groups) and document the current state.
- Translate role‑based access needs into clean, maintainable Permission Sets.
- Design and build Permission Set Groups aligned to job roles and applications.
- Execute the permission migration using sandbox‑first validation.
