Internship – COOP Supervisor
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Manage employees in a unionized environment by working closely with the supervisor, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, assigning tasks, acting as a resource person for the department, and applying the rules of the collective agreement.
- Act as an agent of prevention and compliance with occupational health and safety rules.
- Take charge and deploy strategies to reduce non‑quality.
- Lead projects (layout, health and safety, environment, productivity, etc.) enabling continuous improvement of the department.
