We are offering a 3‑month unpaid internship for a Junior Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Coordinator. The role is targeted at students currently enrolled in an HR or business‑related program and is designed to provide hands‑on experience within a dynamic recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in the full recruitment cycle.
- Maintain data integrity within the applicant tracking system.
- Responsible for job postings and ensuring they reach the target audience.
- Pre‑screen and interview candidates.
- Prepare candidate profiles.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Present candidates to employers under the guidance of a senior recruiter.
- Conduct reference checks.
- Contribute to the regular administrative requirements of the team.
