Staffing Coordinator - RBC Amphitheater
Job Description
Position Overview:
This is a part-time seasonal position at the RBC Amphitheatre in Toronto, Ontario. Employment will last until mid to late October and the hours will vary each week. Shifts are usually in the evenings throughout the week, with a few full-day events scheduled. Must be able to work all event days/evenings when needed. This position requires the ability to work past midnight for most events.
Listed are some of the key responsibilities and duties required of a Staffing/HR Supervisor:
+ Confirm employees checking in at the main gates are scheduled for each event.
+ Ensure all staff checking in at the Legends employee check-in are in uniform when clocking in.
+ Ensuring employees are in proper uniform during event, providing new uniforms, ensuring employee compliance with all company and venue policies and procedures, and processing paperwork when necessary.
