Staff Scientist - Head of Preclinical Development of ofCS Targeted Immunotherapies
The Centre for Translational Medicine and Parasitology (CMP) at the University of Copenhagen is looking for a highly experienced and motivated staff scientist to lead and expand our efforts in preclinical translational immune oncology and therapeutic antibody development. This 3‑year, 50% shared position starts on 15 September 2026.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and preclinical evaluation of novel ofCS targeted immunotherapies.
- Conduct computer modeling of ligand interactions for rational design of antibody‑based immunotherapies.
- Establish and optimize in vitro and in vivo models to evaluate therapeutic efficacy, specificity, pharmacokinetics, and safety.
- Design and oversee assay development for potency, stability, and binding specificity, including transfer to GMP/CDMO partners.
