Description and Requirements

We are looking for IT Operation Engineers to support daily operations in the Supply Chain Procurement and Logistics area, mainly support SAP ECC/S4 MM/SD module and surrounding systems, Responsibilities include troubleshooting business issues, providing customer support, and driving digital transformation initiatives (including AI). 

Your main responsibilities will include:
Understand user issue, according to system logic/biz process, provide resolution advise
Provide operation guidance when is needed
Cooperation with related teams include IT and biz
Study and practice, contribution in AI Operation

Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Logistics
3-5+ years of experience in SAP MM/SD module operations or implementations; it’s not mandatory to have knowledge in both modules at the same time
