Job Description: 
Job Overview The Advanced Quality Engineer (AQE)  is responsible for ensuring that products meet the highest quality standards throughout the product development lifecycle. This role involves working closely with design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to conduct risk assessments and develop advanced product quality planning methodologies and drive continuous improvement initiatives. 
The AQE plays a critical role in maintaining compliance with industry standards and customer requirements while enhancing product reliability and performance. 
Job Requirements Facilitate Design Review (DR) and Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEA) reviews through the product development lifecycle.
