Staff Accountant

Business Unit And Position Summary

The Staff Accountant is a key business partner to the Site Controller based in Brazil. This role will also have significant exposure to the Management Team for Technifab. The Staff Accountant will assist with the development of Technifab’s annual operating plan, monthly forecasts, variance analysis, month end close and the preparation of monthly financial statements.

Principle Duties

• Responsible for vendor invoicing registration and Account Payables account
• Responsible for Customer Invoicing and Account Receivable account.
• Cash Application and collections.
• Monitors cash disbursements closely.
• Maintain Customer Master Data
• Create credit memos
• Preparation of general ledger journal entries
