Job Description
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support core accounting operations for a services organization in Dallas, Texas. This position plays an important role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing cash activity, and preparing timely accounting documentation. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in QuickBooks Enterprise and brings a strong foundation in general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and tax-related processes.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily cash activity and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing funds to support effective cash management.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc cash reports that provide clear visibility into balances, transactions, and financial activity.
