Strategic planning of necessary capacity for the transportation of vehicles between NMEX Plants and Nissan Dealers. Balancing of operations according to BP alligned with regional wholesales and daily vehicle shipments.
Maximize the use of Nissan Own Fleet, with the installed transportation capacity: High flexibility

According all the necessary resources for the NMEX Fleet to operate in the best way under the budget processes, policies and guideline of the company and its relationship with dealers.
