In This Role You Will

• Lead discovery and requirements definition
  • Drive structured conversations with senior stakeholders to identify pain points, business needs, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Challenge and refine requests to ensure clarity, feasibility, and alignment with business objectives.
• Own the solution design phase
  • Define end‑to‑end functional solutions for projects and tickets, including workflows, process improvements, system integrations, and data migrations.

• Translate business needs into technical requirements
