CMF Development:1. Develop and validate Color, Material, and Finish concepts for seating and interior components.2. Support selection and approval of materials, grains, textures, stitching patterns, and surface finishes.3. Ensure harmony and consistency of color, gloss, texture, and appearance across seating systems.4. Work closely with styling and studio teams to translate design intent into manufacturable solutions.5. Evaluate premium appearance quality and perceived quality expectations for interior trims and seat components.Seating Product Development:1. Support complete seat development activities including foam, trims, plastic parts, and seat assemblies.2. Coordinate with seat design teams for integration of CMF requirements into product engineering.3.
