Now looking to add an end-user trading support/SRE in Hong Kong, this role offers the opportunity to:
Provide crucial first- and second- level support for the front office

Work in all aspects of user/strategy application support

Gather requirements and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure delivery of functionality

Contribute to application deployment, checkout and QA testing

Partner with back-office teams to resolve issues related to security setups, trade booking, corporate actions, etc.
