Lead Site Reliability Engineer – responsible for developing and maintaining systems and services for our Cash Management Platform. Duties include automating deployment, ensuring scaling, investigating and resolving outages, implementing preventive measures, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing real‑time visual feedback.

• Proactively build and implement services to improve IT and support efficiency.
• Design and implement dashboards to provide real‑time insights of platform key metrics.
• Lead engagement with software developers, DevOps and other infrastructure engineers to integrate software development and delivery from inception to full operation, ensuring robust released software and systems.
• Optimize on‑call rotations & processes.
• Ensure incidents assigned to the team are managed within agreed SLAs.
• Document alarms in up‑to‑date Knowledge Base Articles.
