About The Role
We're hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to scale our hiring capabilities and move beyond reactive recruiting. This is a high‑ownership role; you'll run full‑cycle recruitment for senior and niche positions across multiple departments, serve as a true strategic partner to hiring managers, and build the pipelines that keep our fastest‑growing functions ahead of demand. Success here is measured by pipeline quality, time‑to‑fill, stakeholder trust, and your ability to identify and fix the processes slowing us down.
