Sr. Supply Chain Manager

The Supply Chain Manager provides strategic leadership and operational oversight across inventory management, product replenishment, forecasting, and budgeting, ensuring efficient and continuous supply chain performance. This role reports directly to the Director of Supply Chain & Materials Planning, Mexico & North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Process Owner for Purchasing. This position is responsible for creating and managing purchase orders (POs) for raw materials across facilities in the U.S. and Mexico
• This position is responsible for negotiating service agreements and delivery terms across facilities in the U.S. and Mexico
• Develop and execute supply chain and operations strategies aligned with business objectives
• Identify and resolve supply chain constraints impacting production continuity
• Lead supplier, inventory, logistics, and warehouse operations, including working capital optimization
