Job Description
Work Flexibility: OnsiteLead engineering activities for complex product transfers, including equipment design, build, supplier technical alignment, commissioning, process development, and validation readiness. Direct project execution using formal project management tools to deliver engineering milestones within defined scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets. Serve as the primary technical interface and escalation point for suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve complex technical, regulatory, and scheduling issues. Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, regulatory, and delivery risks; lead technical reviews and escalate data‑based decisions to senior leadership when required.
