Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Talent Development, ideally in the automotive industry.
Experience in designing and implementing strategic Talent Development concepts and targeted development offers.
Experience in facilitating Leadership Development Material / Programs.
Solid experience in steering International Talent Development projects, processes and standards.
