**Job title**:Senior Reporting & Predictive Analyst**Reports to**: Sr.Manager People AnalyticsThe **Senior Reporting & Predictive Analyst** is responsible for orchestrating collaborative efforts across the enterprise internally and externally to design the desired workforce experience, and drive productivity, engagement, business outcomes & a positive employer brand.S/he will work across HR to design and implement end-to-end HR solutions (Core focus: ServiceNow and HR Service Delivery), working closely across CoEs, Business HR, and HR Shared Services (HRSS).
