Sr. R&D Technician
Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Senior R&D Technician will play a key role in supporting process development and innovation initiatives within the R&D department. This position is focused on bringing technical expertise and hands-on support to the design, optimization, and transfer of manufacturing processes for medical devices. The technician will act as a bridge between engineering and production teams, ensuring processes are efficient, well-documented, and aligned with quality standards.
