Sr. Quality Manager (Automotive)

• Leads plant-wide quality function in an automotive manufacturing site


• Owns QMS compliance (IATF 16949) & customer quality performance


• Manages KPIs incl. VOC, COPQ, warranty & scorecards


• Drives problem solving using 8D, PFMEA, APQP, PPAP & SPC

Leadership role owning full plant quality strategy & customer impactOversees 8D, APQP, PPAP and IATF 16949 processes

A successful Sr. Quality Manager should have:

• Bachelor's in Engineering + 6-10 yrs as Automotive Quality Manager


• Strong QMS knowledge (IATF 16949 & customer-specific reqs)


• Experience with 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA & root cause analysis


• Advanced English & proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Minitab
