Sr Quality Engineer
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Ensure that company's products and processes meet established quality standards by identifying shortfalls, developing corrective measures, and implementing quality control systems.
- Develop and implement quality standards and control systems, focusing on improving quality control.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance and associated KPIs, presenting improvement plans to management in weekly meetings.
- Problem‑solve using 8D, A3 methodology, PDCA, RCA, Six Sigma tools or others, developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
- Continuously improve quality by challenging results of Quality KPIs, evaluating, analysing, and collaborating to achieve goals such as First Pass Yield, Rework, Product Audits, and Scrap.
- Strongly communicate the performance and results of the quality system and KPIs with manufacturing personnel and report to top management.
