Key Responsibilities Evaluate supplier corrective action effectiveness 
Quality Problem Solving Identify and analyze quality issues in production processes 
Apply problem‑solving methodologies (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa) 
Implement and follow up on corrective and preventive actions 
Quality Reporting & Metrics Track and analyze scrap, FPY, blocked stock, and internal/external rejections 
Prepare periodic quality performance reports and KPIs 
Continuous Improvement & Cost Reduction Lead CoPQ reduction initiatives
