**SUMMARY/PURPOSE:**
+ The Program Director is the senior site executive accountable for the overall performance, profitability, and contractual success of Serco Canada’s operations at 5 Wing Goose Bay. This role provides strategic, financial, and operational leadership across all functional areas, including Air Operations, facilities, engineering, emergency services, and logistical support services, ensuring full alignment with contractual obligations, customer expectations, and Serco Canada and Serco North America strategic objectives.
+ Reporting within Serco’s senior leadership structure, the Program Director exercises full program authority over budget, resources, personnel, and delivery outcomes.
