Sr Program Controls Specialist
Job Description
As a Sr Program Controls Specialist here at Honeywell you will be responsible for providing advanced program analysis, cost and schedule governance, process improvement, and performance metrics across large, complex programs. This role partners closely with the Project Managers and Operations to establish program plans, develop and maintain cost and schedule baselines, and ensure execution discipline across multiple sites.
The Sr. Program Controls Specialist delivers cost analysis, process improvements, and performance tracking for complex, multi‑site programs, partnering with cross‑functional teams and supporting global program management and business leaders.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Program Controls & Financial Management**
+ Prepare, analyze, and interpret detailed cost, schedule, and performance reports for complex programs.
+ Lead Estimate at Completion (EAC) management, including cost walks, variance analysis, and forecasting accuracy.
