Overview
This role is primarily responsible for ensuring stable SAP operations, supporting business users, and continuously improving warehouse and materials management processes in a high-paced operational environment. The position works closely with local operations and North America stakeholders, key users, and global SAP teams to ensure system reliability, process efficiency, and user adoption.
Responsibilities- SAP Functional Support
- Support daily operations within SAP ECC WM and MM modules
- Analyze and resolve SAP-related issues impacting warehouse and supply chain processes
- Ensure system stability and proper usage aligned with business requirements
- Collaborate with global SAP teams for incident resolution and knowledge sharing
