The role

We’re looking for a highly adaptable Senior Product Manager, Product + Growth to join Lumeca on a temporary basis , covering a maternity leave starting June 2026 .

This role is intentionally cross‑functional and goes beyond traditional product management. You’ll work across Product, Customer Engagement, Growth, and light Marketing initiatives , supporting both day‑to‑day product execution and external-facing activities such as demos, proposals, and go‑to‑market support.
