Responsibilities

• Define the strategy and roadmap for hospitality operations products utilized by Guest Services, Market Operations, and Housekeeping teams.
• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Sonder’s middleware platform, ensuring it powers integrations, automations, and data flows across the business.
• Lead discovery and delivery for new integration and automation opportunities, reducing manual workflows and unlocking efficiency for Operations teams.
• Partner closely with engineering to deliver both simple integrations and complex architectural solutions.
• Translate business needs into scalable product solutions, balancing quick wins with long-term platform resilience.
• Leverage the latest in LLM and other AI technologies to enable internal teams to surface information and solve complex customer and corporate problems.
