Define the strategy and roadmap for hospitality operations products utilized by Guest Services, Market Operations, and Housekeeping teams. Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Sonder’s middleware platform, ensuring it powers integrations, automations, and data flows across the business. Lead discovery and delivery for new integration and automation opportunities, reducing manual workflows and unlocking efficiency for Operations teams. Partner closely with engineering to deliver both simple integrations and complex architectural solutions. Translate business needs into scalable product solutions, balancing quick wins with long-term platform resilience. Leverage the latest in LLM and other AI technologies to enable internal teams to surface information and solve complex customer and corporate problems.
