Flex – Program Manager (Juarez Sur)
Job Summary: To support extraordinary teams that build great products and contribute to growth, we are looking to add a Program Manager located in Juarez Sur.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain business relationships, maximize customer satisfaction.
- Manage the relationship with the customer through monthly or quarterly reviews.
- Coordinate with the Cross‑Functional Team (CFT) to ensure compliance with scheduled targets (quality, testing, materials, processes).
- Participate in View Point reviews to assess customer and GAM satisfaction and implement improvements.
- Monitor, report, and troubleshoot accounts receivable (AR).
Qualifications:
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
