Position Overview

Reporting to the Director, Finance, the Senior Manager, CPG Finance will lead end-to-end FP&A for the Tim Hortons CPG business, including monthly close, management reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning. This role is a hands‑on business partner to cross‑functional leaders and will translate complex financial drivers into clear, actionable insights to improve performance. The successful candidate will bring strong analytical rigor, financial modeling capability, and people leadership experience, with a bias toward automation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end FP&A cadence for the Tim Hortons CPG business: month‑end close, management reporting, rolling forecast, annual budget and long‑range plan
