Sr. Manager Equipment Maintenance

Primary Function of the Position

The Senior ManagerEquipment Maintenance, leads the maintenance organization supporting Intuitive’s manufacturing equipment and automated production lines across the Mexicali sites. This role is fully focused on manufacturing and production equipment reliability and does not include building, facilities, or infrastructure maintenance responsibilities.

The position oversees Corrective Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Calibration for manufacturing equipment, ensuring high equipment availability, reliability, and compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. This leader partners closely with site leadership to align maintenance strategies with operational goals, production demand, and business objectives.
