Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and orchestrate all change, engagement, training, and adoption activities across assigned releases, ensuring full business readiness from impact assessment through hypercare.
2. Act as subject‑matter leader for the OTC value stream, ensuring change interventions align with end‑to‑end process flows from order capture through delivery and invoicing.
3. Drive change impact assessments (CIA) across Logistics, Customer Excellence, and GTS domains, translating impacts into site‑level action plans and persona‑based adoption strategies.
4. Enable learning and capability build by leading learning needs analysis (LNA) and defining role‑based, scenario‑driven training.
