Sr. Lead – Programmer Analyst

JOB ROLE AND PURPOSE:

Work in Insurance Domain using various methodologies (Waterfall, Agile), tools and platforms. Participate in products, states, and coverages rollouts and upgrades of Oneshield policy Admin system, Rating Applications. Execute and lead projects, resource allocation, estimation process and efficient utilization for insurance industry customers. Perform architecture, analysis, design, development, customization, and maintenance of applications and systems using OneShield Dragon Designer (Policy Admin system), SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle, Java/J2EE, XML, SOAP-UI, Calligo, SVN, JIRA, Visual Studio, etc. along with testing, Application packaging and release co-ordination. Analyze, design and implement policy package forms specific to coverage, Line of business and products.
