As the Senior Labour Relations Consultant on the People Partnerships Team, you will provide expert advice to leaders, HR Business Partners and across the people team on all labour relations matters including interpretation and administration of collective agreements, employment legislation, grievance/arbitration management, workplace accommodations and policies and procedures.
