The Role We're looking for a Senior Klaviyo Specialist & Team Lead to own technical execution across accounts while leading and developing our specialist team. This is not just execution — you'll act as the bridge between strategy and implementation, ensuring everything we build in Klaviyo actually drives revenue. What You'll Do Technical Leadership Build and optimize advanced Klaviyo flows (welcome, post-purchase, winback, abandoned cart, etc.) Execute lifecycle strategies across email & SMS with strong segmentation and personalization Own QA and ensure flawless execution across all accounts Troubleshoot deliverability and technical issues (SPF, DKIM, etc.) ...
