Conduct thorough investigations into alleged violations of company policies and procedures resulting in clear and defensible conclusions

Collect and analyze evidence, including documents, electronic data, and witness statements

Leverage subject matter experts and coordinate with internal stakeholders.

Conduct interviews of complainants, witnesses, and subjects of investigations

Prepare detailed investigation reports, conduct root cause analysis, and provide clear conclusions and recommendations for corrective actions

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement preventive measures and improve internal controls

Minimum 5 years of experience in conducting investigations
