Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring HRIS tickets are answered timely (ie. Password resets, reporting requests, security roles)
  • Ensuring time reports needed for payroll are developed and delivered on time.
  • Comfortable working with developers to help define requirements for system interfaces.
  • Leading and/or SME on various HR projects.

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience in a fast paced HR/Payroll environment.
  • Comfortable working with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, relationship building capabilities across all levels of the business.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally within a global team.
  • Practical and logical; able to solve problems quickly.
  • Previous working experience in an HRIS role is essential (6+ years).
